Our CEO Dr Elisa Raulings has spent her career working alongside farmers, the environmental sector and corporates, and observed firsthand the recurring questions and challenges they faced when it comes to nature. And so she launched Paddock Mate.

Paddock Mate’s team are united by a single mission: helping scale practical and meaningful action for nature.

We’re bringing together diverse skill sets to develop practical, scalable, and investable solutions that benefit both your land and your business.

We’ve set up Paddock Mate as a social enterprise, so that we can give back to the landscapes that we love.

    CEO AND FOUNDER

    Elisa is a restoration ecologist with expertise in large-scale and complex habitat restoration. Her experience spans corporate partnerships, nature-based innovation, and applied research. She spent years listening and co-designing solutions with farmers, the environmental sector and corporates, and is committed to translating complex ecological science into practical, scalable, and investable tools.
